Blackout Periods

Certain specified employees are restricted from trading S&P Global stock, including any transactions involving the S&P Global Stock Fund, during certain periods when S&P Global earnings information is released. This restricted period, called the “blackout period”, begins on April 1, July 1, October 1, and January 1 of each year and runs until 24 hours after the release of the quarterly earnings of S&P Global. S&P Global may change the dates and length of this blackout period at any time without prior notification to any participant.
