After-Tax, Rollover or In-Plan Roth Conversion Withdrawals

You may withdraw all or any portion of your after-tax sub-account at any time for any reason.

You may withdraw money from your rollover, Roth rollover or in-Plan Roth conversion sub-accounts at any time for any reason.

You can make a withdrawal from your after-tax, rollover or in-Plan Roth conversion sub-accounts by contacting Fidelity at www.netbenefits.com or by calling 1-800-835-5095. The earnings on the post-1986 after-tax contributions will be taxable. You will not pay income tax on any after-tax contributions you withdraw.

Any distribution from your Roth rollover sub-account will come from your non-taxable contributions plus earnings on these contributions. If the payment is not “qualified”, the earnings will be taxable.

If you wish to withdraw amounts from your rollover sub-account attributable to amounts transferred from the Kenny Plan or other money purchase pension plan, you must obtain your Spouse’s written, notarized consent.
