Investment Options
The Plan gives you the opportunity to invest your Plan Account among several investment options. You may elect to reallocate the existing balance in your Plan Account, and you may elect how to allocate future contributions. Your investment allocation will apply to your entire Plan Account, and not to certain sub-accounts.
Investment Decisions Are Your Responsibility
The Plan is intended to constitute a plan described in Section 404(c) of ERISA.
Before making your investment decisions, you may want to contact a financial planner or an investment counselor.
Control Over Investments
Under the Plan, you exercise control over the assets held in your individual Plan Account by directing the investment of your Plan Account among a variety of investment options. As a result, the Plan Administrator, Pension Investment Committee and any other person who would otherwise be a fiduciary will not be considered to be a fiduciary with respect to such transactions and will not be liable for any loss, expense, or damage which directly or indirectly results from such exercise of control.
