Other Important Plan Information
If You Formerly Participated in Another Plan
Participants Formerly Employed by TruSight Solutions LLC (“TruSight”)
If you formerly participated in the TriNet 401(k) Plan for Employees of TruSight (the “TruSight Plan”):
- You will receive Continuous Service credit for your prior service with TruSight for purposes of vesting and eligibility under the Plan;
- You are 100% vested in any account balances transferred from the TruSight Plan to the Plan;
- Outstanding loans under the TruSight Plan will carry over to the Plan after the merger of the TruSight Plan into the Plan. If you have an outstanding loan under the TruSight Plan, your will continue to repay your loans in the Plan in the same manner as you have in the TruSight Plan. The merger of the TruSight Plan into the Plan will not affect the terms or length of your loans as set forth under the TruSight Plan; and
- Any beneficiary or alternate payee designation you made under the TruSight Plan will carry over to the Plan.
