Heart Act Withdrawals
Alternatively, if you are called to active duty for 30 days or longer, you may withdraw pro rata all or any portion of vested balances of all available sub-accounts, unless you request that your withdrawal be taken from certain sub-accounts by calling Fidelity at 1-800-835-5095.
However, you will be suspended from making contributions to the Plan for six months following the withdrawal.
