Enrolling to Participate in the Plan
Fidelity Annual Increase Program
The Fidelity Annual Increase Program, while similar in its effect to automatic escalation, is a separate, voluntary feature. Any increases under this program are entirely at your discretion. If you choose to participate in this program, you can elect to have your deferral percentage of your Eligible Pay increased by 1%, 2%, or 3% each year on the date that you select. Certain IRS and Plan limits may affect the amount you may contribute to your Plan Account. You may end your participation in the Annual Increase Program at any time and your decision will be implemented generally within 1 to 2 pay periods.
