Changing Your Investments

When Changes Take Effect

When changing the investment directions of future contributions, you can make the changes at any time. However, unlike the changes to your existing balance (which take effect the next trading day when the New York Stock Exchange is open), changes to future contributions generally take effect one or two pay periods following the date that the change is processed by the Plan recordkeeper.

Remember to consider when contributions are made to your Plan Accounts in deciding when to change the investment direction of how future contributions are invested. In particular, note that if S&P Global elects to make profit sharing contributions for a Plan Year, such contributions are generally made in the first quarter of the following Plan Year.
