Reservist Withdrawals
If you are a member of a reserve component and are called to active duty for a period in excess of 179 days or for an indefinite period, you may withdraw pro-rata all or any portion of vested balances of all available sub-accounts (subject to a minimum of $1,000 or, if less, your entire sub-account balance) in your Plan Account (including amounts converted to Roth contributions), unless you request that your withdrawal be taken from certain sub-accounts by calling Fidelity at 1-800-835-5095. Your distribution must be made during the period beginning on the date of your order to active duty and ending on the date active duty ends.
